Jhagat Spa is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere and enhancing everyone’s Spa experience with us, we kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to ALL these policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
– We have reserved time and space especially for you and require a 24 hour notice (prior to your appointment) to reschedule/cancel any appointment.

RESERVATION POLICY
– Please arrive a minimum of 5 to 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments.
– Please Check In at the front desk to fill out Spa forms for our records.
– As a courtesy, late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full value of the service.
TARDINESS POLICY:
– We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
– Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, prorated session.

DOWN PAYMENT:
– To secure your appointment, we suggest adding a down payment of Rp. 100.000,00 per person for all bookings. This down payment will be applied towards the total cost of your service and ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.
– down payment/ booking fee are non-refundable⁠

GRATUITY AND TAXES POLICY:
– Prices do not include gratuities and taxes 7% of the cost of service provided.

CONDITIONS POLICY:
– Please notify our Spa Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, allergies, or are pregnant.
– All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
