Reservation & Arrival We kindly ask guests to arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment session while the full treatment fee will still apply. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Guests may reschedule their appointment once, with a minimum notice of 1 hour before the scheduled treatment time. Additional rescheduling requests beyond the first change may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all reservations.

• IDR 100K per person

• IDR 50K for selected treatments

Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Health Conditions For your comfort and safety, please inform our team before your treatment if you have:

• pregnancy

• injuries

• allergies

• sensitive skin

• or any medical conditions

This helps our therapists adjust the treatment to your needs.

General Information All guests are required to complete a short consultation form before the treatment begins. Please note that tax and gratuity are subject to a 10% charge.
